Providing consistent coffee for the boutique brand Omega

We received a direct enquiry from David M Robinson (DMR) for the supply of Lavazza coffee solutions for the new Omega boutique shop in Liverpool ONE.

After some initial discussion, we were pleased to receive one of the Directors from DMR into our coffee showroom for a machine demonstration and coffee tasting. These are always useful sessions as they allow the customer to see the different machines and methods to produce high quality coffee menus.

The sessions are very much consultative in nature to help customers choose the right solution for their environment and operation. DMR chose the Lavazza BLUE espresso system. This gives several benefits which includes simple and consistent espresso and milk preparation and allows staff to produce high-quality drinks with the touch of a few buttons.

Following an initial site survey and the mandatory risk assessment an installation date was agreed. We worked with the shop fitters giving clear installation guides to ensure that the correct electricity and water supplies were in place in preparation for install.

Serving exceptional quality coffee for exclusive buyers

As is often the case with new site installations, the day can be a bit hectic, with finishing touches and last-minute counters and displays being fitted. A venue of this quality has very high standards of finish for all fittings including the illuminated glass counter for mounting the coffee machine.

The installation was completed without any fuss or mess and staff and contractors enjoyed the first batch of Lavazza cappuccino’s, lattes, and espressos.

With the job complete, the Omega store can now offer their customers a range of top-quality Lavazza coffee’s enhancing the customer experience. An ongoing support program is now in place with Lavazza stock replenishment, proactive maintenance, and staff training.
